4-Day Return Window
If your pure oils arrive damaged or incorrect, you have 4 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Initiate Request
Email us at ragvoils8@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue to get started.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless they are defective upon receipt.
Fast Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Eligibility for Returns
- •Items must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- •Must be in the original packaging with all labels intact.
- •Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
How the Refund Process Works
Once your return is received and inspected along with the unboxing video, we will immediately send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made on our end.
